2012 Holiday Dates
Christmas Week - 23 to 30 December 2011 £700
New Year Week - 30 December 2011 to 6 January 2012 £700
Normal service resumes on 7 January 2012
Deposit A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to reserve your dates. Please make cheques payable to Candy Gourlay and send to the address below. The amount will be deducted from the balance of your due payment.
Payment Full payment (less the deposit) will be due eight weeks before your holiday. If you are reserving the cottage less than eight weeks before your arrival date the full amount is payable when we confirm your booking. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. You can pay by Paypal but there is a transaction fee of £25
Cancellation If you cancel more than eight weeks before your arrival date the deposit will be retained but you will not be liable for the balance. If you cancel in the eight weeks approaching your booking, half of the total amount you have paid will be retained.
Long Weekends. We regret that we can only offer week long bookings. However if you are intereested in a date during the low season, do get in touch and we will see what we can do for you..
Arrival and Departure: When you have paid for you holiday in full, you will, be sent details of how to find your cottage, and where to collect your keys on arrival. It's best to advise the owner or caretaker of your estimated arrival time, which should normally be after 3pm. On your day of departure, we ask you to leave your cottage by 10.00am so that it can be cleaned for the next guests.
Number of Guests The property is insured for up to 6 people. Please respect this limit.
